This year's show theme celebrates the people at the heart of hospitality and the sense of community that defines the sector. From operators and suppliers to brewers, educators and publicans, The Power of us recognises that it is collective spirit of the industry that continues to drive innovation, resillience and progress.

The show theme will be explored across the three days at The Pub Show through the comprehensive programme of talks, tastings, demonstations and service innovations. The event has been designed to support the sector's continued growth and to strengthen the relationships that sit at the heart of hospitality.

The Pub Show brings operators, suppliers and experts together to share new ideas, best practice and provides the perfect opportunity for face-to-face networking. We’re delighted to be working with the team again this year, meeting colleagues old and new, and finding out what’s new for our vibrant and vital sector.Pubs are incredibly special places, but what makes them so special is the people at their heart.

Steve Alton
CEO |  British Institute of Innkeeping

In bringing together people from all parts of the pub trade to discuss the various challenges that we face, but also, and perhaps more importantly, the many opportunities and innovations for us to embrace in the years ahead, the 2026 Pub Show replicates all the very best reasons why people love going to pubs in the first place – to meet people, network, catch up with old friends and exchange ideas and set the world to rights.

Emma McClarkin
Chief Executive |  British Beer and Pub Association

Pubs are people in every sense of the word, from the people who come in, to those that run it behind the bar. This year's Pub Show theme brings me to a quote which I like "none of us are as good as all of us", which is really true. That sense of community in the people that are running the pubs and the people who are coming to the pubs is so important.

Tim Skinner
Hospitality Consultant and Publican

The pub industry is powered by people. It is shaped by the ideas, expertise and passion of the individuals and teams who work tirelessly to create the warm, welcoming spaces that so many of us rely on. With The Power of Us, we want to honour that community and highlight the value of coming together to learn, network and support one another. The Pub Show has always been about connection, and this theme brings that purpose to the forefront.
