Emilia is an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry and always aiming to go above and beyond, committing everything she has to the role. Moving to York 5 years ago in pursuit of her academic studies she relied on hospitality work to support some expenses. Luckily she knew that this was where her true passion and her skills lay. Working at The Ivy in York has let her experience and learn more about spirits, wines, and cocktails than ever before, gaining WSET accreditation. She has worked in many areas, all of which she hopes to learn more about, so she can teach others about this brilliant and eclectic industry.
