Will’s journey within hospitality started in his local pub washing up like many hospitality professionals, from here he gained a DipHE in Culinary Art Management at UCB followed by 10 glorious years in some high-profile restaurant kitchens. Having seen a real gap in the sector, Will founded Talent Hive in 2014 with a simple vision – to make it enjoyable to recruit the right people.
