Sarah Wynter's journey into hospitality started in the fast-paced world of event production, working behind the scenes at some of the UK’s biggest festivals, including Creamfields, Bestival, and Glastonbury. A brief adventure in Cape Town with a major hospitality brand brought her international experience before she returned to London in 2012 to take on music programming at a Shoreditch nightclub. A chance encounter with a burger pop-up changed everything—introducing her to her future business partners and kickstarting their first venture, the iconic Magic Roundabout. Perched above Old Street’s traffic hub, this quirky pop-up became an instant hit, pioneering London’s pop-up scene until its closure in 2018 due to redevelopment.

Since then, Sarah and her team at Bar 6 Group have built a reputation for creating standout venues across London. From Near & Far in Peckham Levels—an urban oasis inside a converted multi-story car park—to The Good Mixer, the legendary Camden pub where the ‘90s Britpop scene was born, her influence is unmistakable. As Creative Director, Sarah brings her passion for interior design, music, and all things vintage to life. She curates music programming, marketing, and events across their venues, ensuring each space tells a unique story and offers an unforgettable experience.
