He has held senior leadership positions across several national nightlife companies, including Luminar Plc, Northern Leisure, and The Deltic Group.

At Neos Hospitality (formerly REKOM UK), Marks works with the executive team to oversee the strategic direction and development of the group’s portfolio of venues across the UK. The business operates well-known brands such as Bar & Beyond, Proud Mary, and Heidi’s Bier Bar.

Marks is also an active industry advocate, representing late-night operators within UK Hospitality and supporting initiatives that promote a sustainable and vibrant night-time economy.
