Her early career in trendy bar and restaurant management (Babuska Bars, Meanfidder, Wagamama) transitioned into commercial roles in sales, marketing, and buying with leading distributors and operators (Matthew Clark, Armit Wines, Bibendum Wines, TRG Group). With multiple harvest experiences under her vine-belt and a passion for sourcing joyful wines, Lisa is currently Wine Buyer at Fuller’s, overseeing the direction of wine across the estate (385 quality pubs and hotels).
