Grace is one half of the team behind the Multi award winning Bailey Head in Oswestry, Shropshire. In 9 years the pub has won a slew of accolades including the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) national award for best craft beer pub outside of a city, and was crowned as CAMRA's current National Pub of the Year in January.

Grace came to hospitality after previously working in Finance and Press, the Bailey Head is a venue based on the owners' passion for good pubs and belief in the need for pubs that build and support communities, and focus on showcasing the highest quality and innovation in the drinks industry. The Bailey Head Team regularly collaborate with some of the country's leading independent breweries and are very hands on in designing and brewing their collaboration beers. When Grace isn't judging beer, or geeking out over hops and malts, she loves animals, travel, books, and kites, although running a pub leaves little free time for these.
