Gareth is the owner of the award winning Orange Tree Pub, Restaurant and Farm shop in Sawbridgeworth along with Lucy Jane’s Bakery in Potton
Having trained at the George V Hotel in Paris and numerous establishments over the years he finally achieved the dream of owning his own restaurant back in 2019.

Winning a Hero of Hertfordshire award back in 2021 for services to the community during the pandemic the group has gone from strength to strength while maintaining the core values of “honest food served in a relaxed homely environment." In his spare time he is the Assistant Manager of a Step 3 football side and flys a Cessna 172 when time allows.
