The name Pool of Mist comes from the Cornish mystery and myth; Dozmary Pool can be found in the heart of Bodmin Moor. At the height of summer, the air can be cool and the mist comes out of nowhere. The pool has strong associations with Excalibur. The story goes that the Lady of the Lake reclaimed the sword by reaching an arm out of Dozmary Pool as the weapon was hurled in when King Arthur Died
