Beyond Belief Brewing Co. (Taproom E)
Beyond Belief Brewing Co., established in 2021, is a pioneering brewing company dedicated to crafting great beer while leading the way for a sustainable drinks industry. As newcomers to the scene, we bring a fresh perspective, combining great quality product with a commitment to reducing food waste.
After 3 years of refinement and experimentation, we’ve developed our patented process, allowing us to transform surplus food into a base malt for our unique beer. From pasta to noodles and flapjacks – there’s almost nothing that we can’t repurpose.
Distributing across the UK, we are showing that sustainability can be achieved at scale. Each pint of beer saves nearly a litre of water and over one whole meal. By utilising surplus food we minimise barley usage, reducing carbon emissions and land-use while maintaining the highest quality beer.
Our vision of beer that is good for both planet and palate became realised when we were awarded both the Sustainability and Innovation awards at the 2023 Trade Drinks Show in London.
Beyond Belief Brewing Co.’s dedicated team brings together experience from a wide range of industries, from scientists to Michelin star chefs. Together, we work towards our shared goal of redefining the future of brewing – delivering delicious, exciting craft beer that truly makes a difference.
“Beyond Belief Brewing Co. combines great flavour and an innovative process to bring you a light and hazy Pale Ale and malt-forward Vienna Lager, both made from 50% surplus fresh pasta”.
Freddie Ugo, Head of Brand, Beyond Belief Brewing Co.

Linlithgow Distillery (5345)
Linlithgow, Scotland, renowned for its rich history dating back to Roman times, boasts the iconic Linlithgow Palace, a 15th-16th-century royal residence linked to Mary, Queen of Scots. Inspired by the town's history, LinGin's unique bottle design reflects key landmarks, including Linlithgow Palace and St Michael’s spire.
Utilizing a maceration technique and direct one-shot distillation, LinGin's artisanal process involves two high-tech stills named Gleann Iucha and "Cath." The London Dry Gin, featuring 13 core botanicals, uses locally foraged Meadowsweet, emphasizing sustainability. The range includes Navy Strength, Berry Gin, and limited editions aged in whisky casks.
The Colours range introduces fun flavors, while the Marys series pays tribute to Mary, Queen of Scots' ladies in waiting, each expressing a unique character and taste. Their Vodka, named Four Marys, is quadruple distilled, minimizing waste by recycling gin distillation by-products.
