The Sausage Roll Sanctuary  was born from a simple observation: people love sausage rolls, but most on the market are so utterly disappointing—low in quality, high in fillers, and made with factory-farmed meat. We saw an opportunity to do things differently. Why not make sausage rolls with ethically sourced, high-quality, free-range British pork and produce a British classic of a standard deserving of its' popularity and reputation as a street food favourite since the 1800s.
So, that’s exactly what we do.
