Safer Business Network Training is an approved Highfield Accredited Learning Centre, committed to fostering safer communities by supporting businesses and organisations of all sizes. Backed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), the Institute of Licensing, UKHospitality, police services, and councils across the country, we deliver training nationally and internationally through in-person sessions, virtual platforms, and a range of eLearning packages.

We are proud to have developed and delivered the award-winning Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement (WAVE) programme, which has reached over 35,000 individuals. In addition to WAVE, we offer bespoke training tailored to specific needs and a variety of programmes addressing key areas such as conflict management, safe havens, sexual harassment prevention, lone working, violence against women and girls, personal licensing, and more.

In an exciting development, we are now partnering with Licensing Connect to offer businesses a streamlined, digital solution for reporting and record-keeping. This innovative system allows businesses to log vulnerabilities, lost and found items, incidents, accidents, visitors, and refusals, all in one place. The platform also provides access to training resources through a subscription service, reducing reliance on paper-based systems and making essential documents easily accessible to all staff.
