Dark Bar Drinks is a ‘pre batched’ cocktail partner to the Trade that specialises in bespoke menu matched cocktails for restaurants, pubs, bars, events companies and festivals. We currently partner with businesses including Wagamama, Michael Caines Group & Hilton Hotels. We also offer white label signature cocktail solutions for the premium sector with our Dark Bar Drinks range. What we can guarantee is the quality of something you would expect from a boutique cocktail bar with one difference - we make it in large batches for you, the Trade.
Alongside this, we also have a new branded range of crowd pleasers aimed at a younger, broader pub/bar, events & festivals market with our Twisted Disco range - the drinks that customers love to order but bartenders hate to make!
We have created a range of disco drinks from the 70’s through to the noughties but re imagined for modern tastes. From the Blue Hawaiian to the Midori Sour, we twist these lurid classics, dialling back the sugar and punching up the flavour complexity. These are ‘guilty pleasures made seriously’.
We don’t sell to retail, only to trade and we do not ‘Contract Fill’ (no cheap cocktails in a can made by third party vendors). All of our products are mixed in-house with premium spirits and we make many of our bespoke ingredients using fresh fruit, herbs and spices. From clarified punches to acid-adjusted cordials, we create unique tailored liqueurs, syrups, sherbets, shrubs and spirit macerations to deliver the very best in flavour.
Our products are delivered in a 5L Bag In Box with reusable serving bottles for dispense which helps with sustainability, shelf life and waste. This allows businesses to deliver first class cocktails as quickly as pouring a glass of wine but without the need for expert bar staff, all with a GP average around 76-80% and a great cash margin to boot.
